At Baby Snow®, we take pride in offering thoughtfully crafted, Canadian-made soap products. Your satisfaction and trust are important to us.

Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges of soap products that have been opened, used, or had their original packaging or safety seal removed.

Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior authorization.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.

Include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if available

We will review your concern and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns. Where required by law or where the return results from our error, applicable shipping charges will also be refunded.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping on voluntary returns unless otherwise agreed.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order is dispatched. Once shipped, the order may be subject to our return conditions.
